Product Introduction Using self-made high quality diamond micro powder as raw material, Zhongnan diamond compact has adopted synthesizing technology by cubic press to sinter diamond and tungsten carbide into super hard composites at high temperature and ultra-pressure, which possess the features of firm combination between polycrystalline layer and hard metal alloy, together with D-D covalent bond conjunction in diamond particles. The products are divided into two major types according to different applications: ZT series of PCD cutting tools blanks or inserts used for tools cutting, ZPBN/ZBN series for polycrystalline CBN compact.
