SANDING AND CUTING

The sanding and sawing production line is mainly equipped with an annual output of 20-60m continuous flat pressing production line, which is suitable for surface sanding and specification sawing of various forms of plates such as medium density, particleboard, oriented strand board and composite materials. The production consists of a sanding machine, a polishing machine, a sanding auxiliary line and a sawing line to complete the sanding and sawing of the wool board. According to the wool board format, it is divided into 4*16-20 feet, 6*16-20 feet, 8*16-20 feet, and 9*18-24 inches

AUTOMATIC INSPECTION LINE

The automatic inspection line is used in the continuous press production line for automatic grading and stacking of medium and high density board, particleboard, directional particleboard and solid wood board.

AUTOMATIC PACKING LINE

The automatic packaging line is used for automatic film wrapping, angle protection and automatic packaging of MDF, Pb and OSB, which is matched with the continuous press production line.
