Moisture testing is a classic application for infrared testers, and over the past 20 years we have had more than 500 installations with customers all over the country and in different industries.
The InSenXe NIR Moisture Tester is the latest generation of infrared moisture testers developed in co-operation with Unitron Inovation BV in the Netherlands to provide fast, accurate and reliable moisture testing for improved product control. The moisture tester can be installed at the drying inlet, outlet or humidification section. Moisture testing helps to maintain product consistency.

LIMAB has developed an in-line thickness test system that can be used for all types of wood-based panels, including MDF, particleboard, OSB, plywood, etc. The system can be installed after the press or after the sander. The installation position can be after the press or sander.

Unlike most thickness testing systems that use mechanical rollers, LIAMB's system uses a high precision laser probe. Non-contact testing means that there is no need to spend money on regular cleaning or replacement of mechanical parts, and has the added advantage of being able to test very thin and soft materials at high speeds.

Its spark detection systems comply with NFPA standards, NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) and FM approvals.
