CHIPPER

The chipper consists of machine frame, knife rotor assembly, upper feed rollers, lower feed rollers, belt conveyor unit, hydraulic and electrical system,with the strong structure, easily operation for chopping the wood , bamboo and other non-fiber stems. The chipper can handle different raw materials, such as wood branch,veneer, salb, bamboo, and cotton stalk, chopping to required size, widely used in the wood based particleboard, fiberboard, paper & pulp industries and wood chip production bases for stock preparation, for particle board factory, fiber board factory, paper mill, biomass power plant and wood chips factory etc.

KNIFE RING FLAKER

Knife-ring flaker including two main parts, feeding system and flaking system, the feeding system consists of vibrating feeder, magnetic separator, heavy objects separator, the flaking system consists of knife ring, impeller, machine seat, main shaft, driving unit, hydraulic system,and braking system.
The wood, bamboo, and slab wood are chopped through the drum chipper, feeding to the ring-knife flaker to make the required size flake as one of the raw materials for particle board.

DOUBLE STREAM MILL

Double-stream mill consists of feeding system and milling system, the feeding system consists of vibrating feeder, magnetic separator, heavy objects separator, and the milling system consists of machine seat, screen ring, vane-wheel, main shaft and driving unit etc.
The stream mill is for milling the dry flake to reqruied fine flake as the surface material for particle board.
