This wide‑format, profile‑shaping sander is controlled by a PLC system and features a touch‑screen HMI for intuitive operation. Its sanding units are modularly designed, offering multiple configuration options; a piano‑key‑type inductive automatic lift effectively prevents "nibbling" at the head and tail of the workpiece. A helical sanding roller can sand workpieces from various angles, ensuring uniform surface finish. The disc‑type sanding head is equipped with a quick‑connect interface for rapid tool changes, while the entire sanding roller assembly can be extended for safe and convenient material replacement. It is suitable for sanding bare wood, panel furniture, and wooden doors—both before and after primer application.

Specifically designed for four-sided precision sanding of molded wood moldings, it is suitable for solid wood, panel‑type, and decorative moldings. Two unit configurations are available: the sanding frame uses a moving abrasive belt for superior flatness, while the sanding head offers versatile compatibility, accommodating various abrasives and adapting to irregular or contour‑shaped profiles. Depending on the hardwood or UV primer application, it can be paired with either an abrasive belt or a grinding wheel to perform multi‑step sanding operations. It handles workpieces 30–220 mm wide and up to 70 mm thick, with an adjustable speed range of 10–35 m/min.
