General Information
WMF, short for China International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair (Shanghai), is a professional trade fair focusing on furniture manufacturing and woodworking machinery. It showcases integrated solutions across machinery, materials, and components, covering smart production lines, panel and solid wood processing, surface treatment, digital integration, and more.
WMF 2026 will be held from 5–8 September 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai, Hongqiao) – Hall 7.1 & 8.1, located at 333 Songze Avenue Road, Shanghai, PR China.
5–7 September 2026: 9:30am – 6:00pm
8 September 2026: 9:30am – 3:00pm

Registration & Admission
Yes. Visitors are strongly recommended to complete online pre-registration before visiting WMF. Pre-registration allows visitors to enjoy free admission and receive the latest visitor information and admission updates from the organizer. Visitors can pre-register through the official WMF website.
Pre-registered visitors can enjoy free admission, while the onsite admission fee is RMB 200.
The deadline for online visitor pre-registration is 4 September 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+8).
According to relevant regulations, the exhibition requires real-name authentication.
To facilitate admission for visitors holding a PRC Resident Identity Card, a Visitor eBadge will be issued in advance. The Visitor eBadge will be sent via SMS and email, and visitors can also retrieve it through the official WMF WeChat account.
For onsite admission, foreign passport holders, as well as holders of Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, must present their confirmation letter at the “Overseas Visitor Counter” at the East Entrance during the show (5–8 September 2026) to redeem their visitor badge.
Visitors are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing all details before submission. The information provided must match the identity document presented onsite. Any incorrect information may result in admission being denied.

Visitors may save the confirmation letter on a mobile device or print it out. To redeem the visitor badge at the “Overseas Visitor Counter” at the East Entrance during the show, visitors must present the following documents for identity verification:
1. Identity Document (e.g. Passport / Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents / Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents)
2. Visitor Pre-Registration Confirmation Letter
3. Two Business Cards
Yes. With a WMF visitor badge, you can also visit CIFF (Shanghai), CBD-IBCTF (Shanghai), and Upholstery Tech during the same exhibition period.
