FM758JCS Ultra is a duallayer coating intelligent softforming edge banding machine, specifically developed to address the defects of rough, uneven, or wavy surfaces inside grooves when singlelayer softforming edge banding machines process particleboard handleless profiles.
It supports onekey switching among 30 handleless profiles. Each edge banding process achieves duallayer coating: the first layer applies edge banding only to the handleless groove (EVA glue), and the second layer applies edge banding to both the handleless groove and the straight face simultaneously (dualcolor PUR glue). No secondary trimming is required, saving production costs.
Equipped with two sets of highpower motors (29KW + 26KW), Gree highpower air conditioning for temperature control, micronlevel highprecision servo rear reference fence, CNSK selfdeveloped threegluepot technology, intelligent pressure application module (with different algorithms for the first and second layers)
