In the furniture manufacturing sector, facing the growing demand for personalized orders, production flexibility has become crucial. Ms. Rebecca from RICHFRUITS recently highlighted in an interview that to address frequent color change requirements, the company has introduced an innovative single-arm paper belt spray painting machine. This machine aims to significantly reduce color changeover time, thereby enhancing overall production efficiency.

Founded in 2003, RICHFRUITS is a Sino-foreign joint venture that has evolved into a leading player in China's digital coating equipment industry, specializing in providing coating solution design, equipment manufacturing, and application services. Ms. Rebecca explained that the newly launched single-arm paper belt spray painting machine was specifically designed to meet the market's urgent need for flexible production. Traditional spray coating equipment typically consumes considerable time during color changes. However, by employing paper belt technology, this process can be significantly shortened, enabling production lines to rapidly adapt to different color order transitions.

This equipment not only resolves the issue of color change efficiency but its single-arm reciprocating spray design also offers high flexibility, allowing for precise spraying of workpieces with any profile. Ms. Rebecca emphasized that this model can simultaneously spray four edges and one surface of a workpiece, achieving a "five-sided integrated" coverage effect, ensuring both coating quality and efficiency. This demonstrates RICHFRUITS' commitment to providing high-quality overall coating solutions while actively promoting the intelligent and flexible development of coating technology.
