SANDING MACHINE

Since the inception of first sanding machine in 1988, after more than 30 years effort, Sufoma has successfully developed various series of sanding machine with over one hundred models. It works well for wood-based panels including MDF, particleboard, OSB and plywood. It is suitable for metal sanding such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum plate. Also, it can be applied to new building materials like calcium silicate board, glass magnesium board, pressure fire board and gypsum board. Sufoma sanding machine can process from 3ft to 9.3ft, up to 1.6mm, with speed of 120-150m/min and precision of ±0.05mm. Sufoma has delivered in total 2800 sets of sanding machines to over 30 countries.

SCIP PRODUCTION LINE

Sufoma offers clients an innovative finishing line solution integrating sanding line, cut-to-size (CTS), inspection line and packing line (SCIP). This SCIP solution is mainly used in continuous press lines with production capacity of 120,000 to 600,000 cbm/year, with materials of the largest size 9.3ft x 24ft and minimum thickness 1mm. Hence, all production requirements can be fulfilled. This solution can also cut large master board into finished boards of various specifications. Till 2020, Sufoma has delivered over 140 sets of sanding and CTS lines, in which 30 sets with 8ft or above in width.

CONTINUOUS PRESS PRODUCTION LINE

Based on resource benefit and technical support by Sinomach Group, Sufoma has achieved technical break through in flat belt continuous press and fitting machines. Sufoma continuous press can be used for manufacturing particle board, MDF and OSB with 4ft to 8ft in width and daily capacity from 300 to 1500 cbm, thickness covers 1.8-40mm. Maximum running speed reached 1800 mm/s. At the same time, Sufoma has made significant progress in technology of drying and sifting, mat-forming, raw board handling and auto-storage, sanding and CTS.
