Shanghai International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair (WMF) will be grandly held in National Exhibition and Convention Center in Hongqiao, Shanghai on 5-8 September 2022. In the exhibition area of 45,000 sq. m, more than 300 world-leading exhibitors will show the cutting-edge equipment and machinery with the latest technologies to the professional visitors.

Under rising global costs, supply chain shortages and high transportation costs, companies are focusing more on improving competitiveness through efficiency. Therefore, the popularization of digitization has had a certain impact and changes in the furniture manufacturing industry. For example, manufacturers adopt automation equipment and digital software, which can simplify the customization of panel furniture and facilitate production. A. RayForce System（RFS）
Compared with traditional laser edge-banding, Biesse's laser edge-banding system requires less investment. It is simple and safe to use and has higher flexibility. In addition, pre-glued edge-banding tapes can be used directly on the same machine, thus avoiding material restrictions and reducing costs.

B. AirForce System（AFS）
AFS can melt the functional layer of laser edge banding and hot air edge-banding, penetrate the wood fibre, thus ensuring a seamless fusion between the edge band and the board. Compared with the traditional glueing process, the AFS is extremely simple because no glue is needed. In addition, the use of AirForce technology eliminates the consideration of glue colour matching for edge-banding. Therefore, it saves time for glue replacement and glue pot setting.

C. System Level Solutions
Biesse will further deepen the service operations and expand its service portfolio.
