Please present / print out this confirmation letter, together with a valid passport (overseas visitor) / Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents (Hong Kong (China) and Macao (China) visitor) / Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents (Taiwan (China) visitor) and 2 business cards (name cards), which contain your Name (as shown in Identity Document) and contact details on it, to the on-site Visitor Pre-Registration Counter to verify your identity and collect your visitor badge. If any provided information is missing or inaccurate, the organizer owns the right to NOT issue the badge without further notice.

For Visitors from Overseas, Hong Kong S.A.R., Macau S.A.R., and Taiwan Region, please present a valid and original copy of Passport (Overseas visitors) / Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Hong Kong (China) and Macao (China) visitors) / Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (Taiwan (China) visitors) for onsite real-name authentication registration and identity verification. Photocopies or screenshots will not be accepted.
Please present this confirmation letter, a valid and original copy of identity document and two business cards for badge redemption. Visitors are required to conduct face recognition for venue entry, visitors are only allowed entry to the venue if the identity document is consistent and matches the information provided.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any admission to the Exhibition if their identities are inconsistent or under other special circumstances.
