The automatic continuous sponge foaming production line is core equipment for mass production of flexible polyurethane foam. Different from batch box foaming machines, it realizes fully automatic operations including raw material feeding, precision metering, high-pressure mixing, continuous foaming, curing and online cutting.

Equipped with PLC and touch screen control system, the line stores multiple production formulas for quick adjustment. Precision metering pumps ensure accurate proportion of raw materials. The high-pressure mixing head enables sufficient raw material blending to produce foam with uniform cells, effectively avoiding defects such as cavities and delamination. The tunnel width can be electrically adjusted to manufacture foam blocks of different specifications.

It can produce flexible foam with density ranging from 6 to 80kg/m³, widely used in furniture, mattresses, automotive interiors, shoe materials and packaging. Compared with intermittent foaming equipment, this continuous line features larger output, lower labor and material consumption, as well as stable physical indicators of finished foam.

The system supports real-time temperature monitoring and fault alarming. Optional upgrades such as waste recovery devices can be configured. Ideal for medium and large foam factories to expand production capacity and improve product competitiveness.

The Foam Looper is a professional numerical control equipment for deep processing of polyurethane sponge, specially designed for rotary cutting of cylindrical sponge blocks into continuous thin sponge sheets.

It features stable rotating platform and precise feeding system, allowing flexible adjustment of cutting thickness. The machine delivers uniform sheet thickness and smooth cutting surface with minimal material loss.

With simple operation and stable performance, it is widely applicable for processing mattress sponge, filter sponge, packaging sponge and ultra-thin foam materials.
