The PUR flat laminating machine uses PUR hot melt adhesive to bond various types of boards with a wide range of surface materials. The laminated boards are widely used in decorative applications such as kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, wardrobes, doors, furniture, and wall panels. The machine automatically performs dust cleaning, glue spreading, heating, and the application of decorative and protective films. The finished products are bubble-free and wrinkle-free, achieving a perfect effect, while significantly reducing labor costs, improving production efficiency, and ensuring a high pass rate. During production, temperature and glue volume can be adjusted as needed. Furthermore, optional automatic systems for board feeding, film cutting, and edge trimming can be added to form a fully automated production line with no human intervention required.
