W-Leim Plus 6000 is a low-emission, single-component, self-curing powder urea-formaldehyde adhesive with a flexible adhesive layer. This adhesive is particularly well-suited for veneer and decorative film lamination processes conducted at process temperatures between 70 and 120°C. This product meets the C3 moisture resistance requirements specified in EN 12765. When W-Leim Plus 6000 is used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in this technical data sheet, the finished product can achieve an甲醛 emission level of ½ E1 (compliant with EU REACH Regulation (EU) 2023/1464, with an emission limit of 0.062 mg/m³).
