Wattsan FL TTa fiber laser markeris designed to do that on various types of metals, their alloys, leather, plastic, rubber, fabric, etc. At the SIGN China there will be two models with different technologies presented. The first one will have a Q-switch, and the second one MOPA. Q-switch provides faster blackening and graying of plastic materials and can be utilized to increase production efficiency in basic applications. The model will have a 50W laser source from Raycus but may be equipped with IPG, MaxPhotonics, or JPT if required.
MOPA can process even silver. The key is in the frequency range and pulse duration mechanism, which are larger than in the ordinary model or Q-Switch. This allows for more precision in marking and engraving, as well as a wider range of materials to be processed. Colorful images, logos, serial numbers, QR codes, and other identification markers in production are important for branding and ads, and Wattsan UV TT is here to help with the task.
