The enclosure is constructed entirely of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, manufactured using superior sealing and thermal‑insulation techniques, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 230°C. The treated wood exhibits uniform coloration and stable performance, making it widely suitable for indoor and outdoor furniture, flooring, wall panels, and high‑end interior‑finishing applications.

SUPERHEATED STEAM DRYING EQUIPMENT

The micro‑pressure superheated steam rapid‑drying kiln is a novel piece of equipment jointly developed by Xingnan Company through a university–enterprise collaboration and successfully commercialized. This system uses superheated steam as the drying medium, employs a closed‑loop circulation process that eliminates the need for air intake and exhaust systems, and incorporates a superheated steam heat recovery unit. It is well suited for the fast degreasing and quick‑drying of softwood lumber, as well as for the secondary drying of difficult-to-dry species. Compared with conventional drying equipment, it achieves a drying rate 2–3 times higher while reducing exhaust emissions by more than 80%.
