Important Notice:
- Email Delivery: Once submitted, your invitation letter will be sent to your email immediately. Please ensure your EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If you do not receive the invitation letter within a few minutes, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders.
- No Guarantee of Success: The invitation letter is intended to facilitate your visa application; however, the organizer has no guarantee of the success of your application. Please consult your local Chinese Consulate or Embassy for detailed instructions or to confirm if any additional documents are required. (LINK to list of Chinese Embassies)
- Format & Courier Fee: All invitation letters are provided in e-format. If you require an original hard copy, it can be sent via courier for a NON-REFUNDABLE administration and shipping fee of USD 100 (payable in advance by credit card). Note: Fees may vary depending on the destination country.
- Verification: A copy of the applicants’ passport, business registration, or other supporting documents may be requested for information verification.
- Privacy Policy: The organizer’s representative will not provide copies of their personal identification documents to applicants under any circumstances.
- Passport Validity: The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.
- Single Submission: Each submission is valid for ONE VISITOR ONLY.
- Admission Policy: The exhibition is open to trade and business visitors only. The general public and individuals under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
- Accuracy: Please ensure all submitted information is accurate. No amendments can be made once the letter has been issued.
