SUFOMA MACHINERY CO., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Foma (Group) Co., Ltd. under China National Machinery Industry Corporation, was established in April 1961 as a state-owned enterprise. With over 60 years of history, the company is a manufacturer and integrated service provider engaged in complete sets of wood-based panel machinery equipment. It possesses the capability to produce complete processes and equipment for fiberboard and particleboard. The production line's leading products, such as continuous presses, sanders, and sanding-sawing lines, hold a leading domestic position in both technical level and market share.  The company's registered capital is 121.5 million yuan. Land area: Heshang Road plant area 43,329.1 square meters, Huafeng Road plant area 20,120.5 square meters, Xiangjiang Road plant area 16,540.3 square meters. Sander: The product has a wide range of applications, suitable for sanding requirements of ultra-thin, medium-thick, and panels of different materials. It features high-speed sanding, large capacity, high efficiency, high surface quality, small panel thickness error, and is durable. (1) Energy Saving and Innovation: Direct drive of the contact roller and functional optimization improve transmission efficiency and reduce sanding belt consumption. A dust suction port structure with continuous air replenishment improves dust absorption efficiency and reduces dust removal air volume. An information-based control system comprehensively manages equipment, output, and consumption. Automatic sanding belt tracking and linear oscillation automation control technology. (2) Awards: Has won the National Science and Technology Progress Third Prize, the Forestry Ministry Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, the title of Key New Product from the State Science and Technology Commission three times, the State Forestry Administration Science and Technology Progress Third Prize, Sinomach Science and Technology Award and Product Quality Award, etc. It is the responsible drafting unit for national standards and has obtained 14 authorized invention and utility model patents. 2. Size Sawing Line. The product has a wide application range, suitable for sawing requirements of different panel types such as MDF, PB, OSB, and wood-based panels with widths from 4 to 9 feet. It meets the demands for ultra-thin panels, large capacity, and high-speed operation, featuring high sawing accuracy, good quality, short cycles, and stable operation. (1) Energy Saving and Innovation: Developed an advanced saw shaft structure with minimal saw blade wear and long service life. High degree of automation enables automatic adjustment of sawing dimensions. Equipped with a production information management system for real-time comprehensive management of equipment operation, output, and consumption. Continuous Press and Supporting Equipment (1) Utilizes a flexible entry end; height adjustment employs a screw pair + balancing cylinder structure, forming an independent patented design. Diverse entry curves can adapt to different process requirements of users. (2) Frame plates are arranged in groups according to equal load, ensuring dimensional stability and high accuracy; frame movement uses a sliding sleeve and sliding rod type, beneficial for thermal expansion compensation. (3) Hot plates feature high processing precision, with surface flatness ≤ 0.05mm, good wear resistance, elasticity, and long service life. Short step lap joints are used between hot plates, with small heating channel pitch and minimal temperature difference. (4) Roller rods and pin shafts slide; the chain pin shaft structure possesses its own intellectual property rights and offers stable construction. Wear-resistant sleeves with grooves are embedded on the pin shafts, further facilitating lubrication between the pin shafts and roller rods. (5) Independently developed integrated hydraulic system combined with high-frequency response servo valves results in a smaller deviation range and higher accuracy for the steel belt. (6) Intelligent production management system adapts to the production operating environment, provides online real-time information and data for the production line, and optimizes the process production.
