Jianhu Lintong Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Jianhu Lintong Machinery Factory) was founded in 2012 with a registered capital of 6 million yuan. We adhere to independent innovation, focus on the research and development of veneer patching machines, and continuously launch veneer patching machine products with international competitive advantages. Our series of veneer patching machines not only sell well in major plate-producing areas across the country, but also 60% of the products are exported to Asia, Europe, America and Africa.

The pneumatic stamping veneer patching machine (manual filling type, patent number: ZL 2014 2 0542021.1) launched more than ten years ago has won praise from customers for its excellent durability that "the mold does not need to be ground for two years and does not need to be replaced for ten years". It is still being sold to all parts of the world.

The automatic veneer patching machine independently developed by us has reached the international advanced level after many iterations. The fourth-generation hydraulic veneer patching machine has obtained the national invention patent (patent number: 2022112006198) and is widely praised by customers. The newly developed fifth-generation high-end full-servo intelligent high-speed automatic veneer patching machine uses a servo electric cylinder instead of a hydraulic system, and surpasses the fourth-generation hydraulic model in terms of ease of use, durability and intelligence. At the same time, we have also successfully developed an automatic veneer strip cutting machine. This equipment has precise cutting dimensions and smooth cutting surfaces, which can greatly improve the cutting efficiency of the patching strips required by the automatic veneer patching machine and increase the utilization rate of veneers.

At present, on the basis of the reliability, high speed and durability of the automatic veneer patching machine, we are fully developing an AI visual recognition intelligent veneer patching system. Through visual recognition, the defect position is accurately located, and the veneer patching is completed by moving the veneer with a manipulator, so as to realize automatic and intelligent operation and greatly improve production efficiency.
