Minimax Germany’s Intelligent Spark Detection System Commissioned at Ningfeng’s Shanxian Particleboard Plant The successful implementation of Minimax Germany’s intelligent spark detection and extinguishing system at Ningfeng Group’s superstrong particleboard upgrade project in Shanxian, Shandong marks the global fire protection leader’s official return to China’s wood-based panel market. Minimax reaffirms its commitment to serving Chinese particleboard and custom furniture manufacturers with innovative fire safety solutions featuring advanced spark detection technology, customized system designs, and comprehensive technical support. Following stringent technical evaluations and fire safety optimizations, Ningfeng Group selected Minimax’s German-engineered automatic spark extinguishing system, recently certified by both VDS (Germany) and FM (USA). The comprehensive system protects 34 workstations across raw material preparation, production line, and post-processing operations. The system’s infrared sensors detect high-temperature particles at the earliest spark formation stage, triggering millisecond-response extinguishing through patented self-closing nozzles. Its intelligent control system predicts spark movement through materials, deploying targeted water curtains for secondary protection while minimizing production disruption. Immediate alarm activation with precise location identification ensures rapid operator response. Ningfeng’s leadership team collaborated closely with local safety authorities to evaluate fire prevention solutions, ultimately adopting Minimax’s customized system based on global industrial fire safety expertise.
