Shanghai International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair 2023 Ended on a Perfect Note See you again in September 2024 in Shanghai

The Shanghai International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair (WMF) and the China International Furniture Fair (Shanghai) (CIFF Shanghai) concluded on September 8, receiving over 30,000 visits from professional buyers. The event spanned 50,000 square meters and featured 370+ exhibitors from around the globe, gathering leading enterprises in various segments of home furnishing and woodworking manufacturing over four days.

Overwhelming Responses from Exhibitors & Buyers
Renowned exhibitors from local and overseas, such as HOMAG CHINA, NANXING, KDT, CHAOLUN/ BIESSE, SANDAR, HOLD, EXCITECH, MOTIMAC, QIANCHUAN, QINGCHENG, WEINIG, BACCI, JIANGJIA, YUE TONG, FOMA, DIEFFENBACHER/ SWPM, SIEMPELKAMP, YALIAN, MUYE, LIANROU, HUAJIAN, ITTA, etc (in no particular order) demonstrated their latest innovation, attracting buyers from all over the world to visit and source. Our five overseas teams were overwhelmed by the number of buyers for large projects. Many buyers intended to purchase on-site. Besides, participating in the “Surface Treatment” Conference organized by the show helped the application of the finishing process and promotes the upgrading and development of furniture manufacturing.”

Mr. Bernd Sorat Beyer, Owner of Hulta Design (Thailand), said, “I have been purchasing furniture manufacturing equipment from online platforms before. This is my first time visiting an offline machinery exhibition, which I find very interesting. The scale of the exhibition is larger than expected, showcasing a series of machinery in the entire industry chain. The exhibition also provided knowledge of the latest facilities and technology.”

Mr. Vitaly Pranovich, Director of LTS (Belarus), said: “This is our first time visiting WMF, and the show scale is beyond our expectations. We noticed that Chinese machinery has become more cost-effective and reliable compared to 20 years ago. As an international platform for the woodworking industry, WMF 2023 successfully received a large number of buyer groups from Anhui, Ganhou, Guangxi, Hebei, Hubei, Huzhou, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Ninghai, Shandong, Sichuan, Wenzhou, Wuxi, Wuhan, Xuzhou, Yancheng, Zhangjiagang, and Zhejiang. Moreover, it made great efforts to invite industry associations and buyer groups worldwide, such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Peru, Vietnam, Russia, Belarus, Egypt, and South Korea, to visit.
