PUR hot-melt adhesive roller line

After the adhesive is heated and melted, it is transferred to the surface of the coating roller, where it is applied by rolling onto the sponge mattress. The patterned, engraved coating roller enables precise adhesive control and ensures a low‑grammage coating, while being integrated with various line configurations to form an intelligent mattress laminating production line.
